Introducing our annual clothing donation drive and resale initiative. As a small business retailer bringing trend-driven fashion to Columbus, we feel responsibility to engage in circular fashion practices and make a positive impact in our community.

The Initiative Details: If you've been debating a wardrobe refresh, now is the perfect time. Get rewarded, refresh your style, and make a sustainable impact through donation and secondhand purchases.

The Recycle Revamp initiative will have two phases:
I. Clean Out
II. Community Closet


PHASE I: CLOSET CLEAN OUT
1. Review your closet and make space for new. Have you worn it in the last year? If the answer is no, put it into a donation bag of your choice.
2. Bring your bag to our designated donation bin in our Columbus store. Your donation is tax-deductible, and you will receive a proof of donation receipt upon drop off. Please visit the IRS website for guidelines on valuing your contribution. Dress for Success does not provide a value of donated goods to donors and recommends donors use the IRS guidelines to determine donation value.
3. Receive 20% off a future purchase at vamp, redeemable through the end of February, when you bring in at least 3 eligible items.

We're accepting: Clothes that are clean, gently used, and in good condition. Donation Inspo: Outerwear, Denim, Business Casual, Dresses, Fashion Tops, Sweaters, Basics. We are NOT accepting: Shoes, Accessories, Workout, Intimates.

Donation Window: January 15 – February 5.

Want to donate but not local to Columbus? We are accepting shipped donations postmarked by February 1st. Please include this form with your donation. After we receive your shipment of donated apparel, we will email you a copy of your proof of donation receipt and a 20% off discount code.

PHASE II: COMMUNITY CLOSET SALE
Our Vamp stylists will pull their favorite pieces from your contributions and curate a resale collection. The collection will be available to shop from our community closet in the Columbus store. All items will be sold for $5, or for any additional donation you see fit. 100% of secondhand sales and unsold items will be gifted to The Columbus Chapter of Dress for Success.

The Community Closet Sale begins after the first week of donations on January 23.

Together, our apparel and monetary donation to Dress for Success will empower women to achieve economic independence and personal style.
