If you choose to upgrade to Express Shipping, it will not decrease the time it takes to process the order, but it will speed up the time it takes to ship. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After you complete your purchase and your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with all the tracking information necessary. Please note, Vamp is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, so double check your shipping address before placing your order, and keep an eye on your tracking number so that you secure your package right when it is delivered.
Order online and avoid shipping costs & delivery wait times when you check out with store pickup. Store pickup orders are typically fulfilled within 1 hour at our Short North Location.
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received the order in our store. You will receive a second email when the order is fulfilled and ready to be picked up. Please wait to come pickup your order until you receive the confirmation email that it is ready. After it is fulfilled, feel free to come in at your convenience, anytime during store hours 11AM-7PM everyday. We encourage you to try the item(s) on when you come in, too! If you prefer curbside pickup, you can pull into the loading zone in front of the store and call us when you arrive; we will bring your order out to you. There is a 2 week return window. For a full refund back to your original form of payment, return your item in the first week of the order's return window. Returns after the first week, but within the 2 week return window are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Items must be returned with a receipt, all tags still attached, and must be in their original packaging. All styles in the sale collection, items purchased during a promotion, ReVamp pieces, intimates, swim bottoms, bodysuits, and garments with custom alterations are final sale.

RETURNS BY MAIL
To return an item by mail, first make sure your item qualifies for return by the guidelines listed above. (The return window is based on the day your return is postmarked, not the day it arrives back to us.) You will be responsible for paying shipping on the return. Send it to the address listed below and, if the return is approved, we will refund you the item’s original purchase price or issue store credit via email after it arrives back to us!

We can process exchanges in store within the 2 week return window, but unfortunately cannot process exchanges for items returned by mail. If you are hoping to make an "exchange" by mail, you must return your item and place a new order.
Gift receipts are valid for a refund to the original form of payment in the first week of the return window, or for store credit or exchange anytime during the 2 week return window. Timing exceptions may be made for special cases and during the holiday season.
