All orders typically process and ship out within 1-2 business days. If you choose to upgrade to Express Shipping, it will not decrease the time it takes to process the order, but it will speed up the time it takes to ship. At this time we only ship within the United States, but we have hopes of expanding our delivery capabilities in the future!
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After you complete your purchase and your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with all the tracking information necessary. Please note, Vamp is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, so keep an eye on your tracking number.
Each return is handled on a case by case basis in order to ensure the satisfaction of our customer to the best of our ability. There is a 2 week return window for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Items must be returned with a receipt, all tags still attached, and must be in their original packaging. All clearance and promotional items are final sale. All intimates and bodysuits are final sale.

For a full refund back to your original form of payment, return your item in the first week of the orders return window. Returns after the first week, but within the 2 week return window are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
RETURNS BY MAIL
To return an item by mail, first make sure your item qualifies for return by the guidelines listed above. You will be responsible for paying shipping on the return. Send it to the address listed below and, if the return is approved, we will refund you the item’s original purchase price or issue store credit via email after it arrives back to us!

We can process exchanges in store within the 2 week return window, but unfortunately cannot process exchanges for items returned by mail. If you are hoping to make an "exchange" by mail, you must return your item and place a new order.
Gift receipts are valid for a refund to the original form of payment in the first week of the return window, or for store credit or exchange anytime during the 2 week return window. Timing exceptions may be made for special cases and during the holiday season.
